Ugh shoot! So it's not working out huh? Sometimes that happens as sad as that can be. Here are some instructions on how to return or exchange a product order:
Our policy lasts 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full purchase refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly used (as in I tried it a few times and didn't like it but didn't use much). It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please email a return request to email@example.com. Please type Return and your order number in the subject line of your email. If you do not recall your order number, please include your full name and address the order was shipped to so the original order can be located. After verification of the order, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label through email to attach to your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, however, often packages can be tracked through the number and shipping system.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Generally it takes about 3 for the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular and sale price items will be refunded. Final sale price items or discontinued items will not be accepted. This will be noted on your receipt.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can exchange a non opened item or lightly used item if the product did not fit your needs. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and you will be sent a return address label via email for return shipping. Once the your return has shipped (notified via tracking number) then your exchange will ship out to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
